I'm a UX/UI Designer with a Master's in Social Informatics and a genuine curiosity about how people think, decide, and feel. I turn research and messy real-world problems into clear, intuitive interfaces — shipping them on complex commercial products, from e-commerce platforms to analytics dashboards, side by side with developers, designers, and design-system teams.

My background in social media, marketing, and video editing gives me a broader creative lens and a love for storytelling. I pair it with data-driven thinking, a well-organised process, and a calm head under pressure — always chasing ways to make things a little more intuitive, a lot more beautiful, and genuinely fun to use.

The Challenge

Migrate an existing e-commerce experience into a new brand ecosystem — aligning visual identity, Design System components, and technical constraints across all breakpoints without disrupting established user flows.

My Role & Contributions

  • Evaluated existing UI patterns to identify gaps between brand requirements and available Design System components
  • Proposed solutions balancing UX quality, brand consistency, and implementation feasibility
  • Produced UX flows, wireframes, and final high-fidelity designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Collaborated directly with the Design System team on component adaptation and developer handoff
  • Facilitated stakeholder discussions and maintained design documentation throughout

The Challenge

Contribute to a large-scale, multiplatform redesign across e-commerce, lifecycle, and engagement product areas — working in parallel with multiple designers, a dedicated Design System team, and developers under tight coordination requirements.

My Role & Contributions

  • Designed responsive screens across three product areas for mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Conducted benchmarking research to inform design decisions and maintain competitive standards
  • Ensured consistency with the shared Design System across all deliverables
  • Actively participated in cross-functional design reviews, critiques, and developer handoffs

The Challenge

Replace a manual Excel-based analytics workflow with an intuitive web application — requiring deep research into how data analysts think and interact with spreadsheets before a single screen was designed.

My Role & Contributions

  • Conducted user research sessions with data analysts to map existing Excel-based mental models
  • Translated complex data requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and UI designs
  • Built an interactive prototype using the existing Design System as a foundation
  • Managed project scope and tracked progress to ensure complete coverage before developer handoff

Dashboard Design System

The Challenge

Establish visual and structural consistency across dashboards for six business units — Sales, Marketing, Contact Centre, Pricing, Finance, and HR — while keeping designs technically aligned with Tableau's output capabilities.

My Role & Contributions

  • Proposed and introduced Figma as the primary design tool for the entire dashboard programme
  • Created and actively maintain a design system standardising layouts, colour schemes, and chart styles
  • Designed dashboards for all six sectors, ensuring visual coherence and seamless coexistence
  • Managed ongoing Figma–Tableau alignment to bridge design intent with technical delivery

The Challenge

Design a welcoming, purposeful entry point for a dashboard application serving employees across different executive levels — from day-to-day operational staff to senior leadership — each with different information needs.

My Role & Contributions

  • Mapped user journeys for multiple executive personas to understand differing entry needs and priorities
  • Sole designer — made all design decisions independently, refining based on a single teammate's feedback
  • Designed the complete landing page and built an interactive prototype to demonstrate full app functionality
  • Used the project to sharpen wireframing discipline and prototype fidelity under self-directed conditions
